Damage Waiver

Standard arrangements when hiring any form of equipment is that the client is fully responsible for all loss or damage. With the value of our equipment on most hires extending to thousands of pounds it is important that the equipment is properly insured. We apply a damage waiver fee to all hires which removes the majority of financial responsibility for our clients. This is calculated at 5% of the total equipment hired, excluding delivery. Please be aware there is still an excess charge to pay should any equipment be lost, stolen, damaged or excessively soiled whilst in the hirers possesion. All hirers will need to sign a hire agreement form when receiving the equipment.

If you have purchased sufficient event insurance which covers hired equipment from ourselves and given us proof of this then we will remove the 5% from your bill. For full information regarding this please contact us for a copy of our terms and conditions.

We are also covered for public liability up to £5 million.
